All of the classes are similar in the way we format the class. The hour is broken up into three different areas of the gym with water breaks in between each change. One class may start near the rock wall, rotate to the bouncy floor, and end in the balance beam and bar area, while the next class may end near the rock wall. After a few classes, the athletes start to know that water breaks mean we’re ending one obstacle course and moving on to the next. We also offer social stories in our welcome packet for athletes that may struggle with change. If your child needs visual support, such as a schedule, we offer that as well.
